What is natural dye, and how does natural dyeing behave?

Natural dye is obtained by extracting pigments from the particular plant and applying the extracted color on our clothing in a natural way, clean for the environment. Because harmful chemicals are avoided in the entire process, clothing is healthier to wear, because no chemicals are absorbed by the skin, for example while sweating.

Due to a natural dyeing process, one can not compare the dye to commercial mass production clothing. Our clothing is dyed naturally, without harmful chemicals and therefore the color can vanish 10-15% after washing. Also shades of the color can occur. This behaviour is normal and has nothing to do with dyeing quality. One has to consider that every clothing purchased from here is unique, hand dyed naturally with the love to nature. 

What means clean and responsible production?

Our garments are made responsible, that means that every worker is treated fair and rewarded. We always optimize our production processes to produce clothing in a way to leave a clean environment behind. That is the reason why no harmful chemicals are used in the entire production. 

What means organic grown cotton?

For the making of our products we use only organic grown cotton. That means that we obtain our cotton from a “Global Organic Textile Standard”, shortly GOTS, certificated supplier.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

For customers ordering from Germany DHL Standard Shipping is available, which delivers you the goods in approximately 2-3 working days. For international customers DHL International Shipping is possible. The delivery time depends on the target location and varies therefore.

How do I place an Order?

To place an order, first select the desired product, choose the right size and click “add to cart”. Now you can see all your products in your cart by clicking on the top right corner on the cart symbol. If everything is ok, you can proceed to checkout by clicking on the button. Finally you can insert the adress, choose the desired delivery and payment method. By clicking “place order” your order is being processed and will reach you soon. 

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

To cancel your order, please send us an Email (scroll down and click on CONTACT) with your full name and order-number. We then will get in contact with you and cancel or change your order. 

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, it is possible to buy our products without an account. However the communication is easier when registered. 

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order is complete and shipped, we will provide you with the tracking number, if such exists, via Email.

How Can I Return a Product?

If the product does not satisfy your needs, you can easily return the product. The product should be never washed and without damage, otherwise we can not refund the price. We do not cover any delivery costs for sending back the products. Please contact us first before sending any product back.
